MEDICARE CONVERSION

Affinity provides services to Medicaid health plans to determine if beneficiaries are eligible for SSDI and Medicare.

Affinity will work on the member’s behalf to present the strongest case of eligibility by assisting in the application process, responding to information inquiries, and prepare the member in an event of a hearing.
